Drive Your Plow - Personal Project
Storyboards based on an excerpt from the novel "Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead" by Olga Tokarczuk. Below are also character explorations and environment thumbnails.
I looked at isolated houses and Polish countrysides, and used whispy, rounded lines when forming a shorthand. A phrase from the novel which I found resonant described the sky as hanging "pregnant" over the house in a storm that continued throughout the scene.
